Product Support Manager
Papua - Kuala Kencana - Freeport
Responsibilities:
Product Support Manager is required to support Site Operation Manager to maximize the satisfaction of the IVECO vehicle owners and to expand the dealers’ business opportunities. The person must improve the dealers’ after-sales service operations and increase parts and accessories sales in cooperating with dealers. This job also requires development of the after-sales marketing and parts logistics, and assistance of technical quality assurance to IVECO dealers.
Requirements:
- Proven solid work experience at least 8 years in automotive / dealership (sales and services)
- Having additional background of Technical and spare parts equipment business.
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English, Italian languages skill would be advantages.
- Willing to travel throughout Indonesia & overseas.
- Ability to work under harsh job site condition.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, excellent skills in presentation and reporting are required.
